Terms of service

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • All products are made in Egypt and ship from Egypt.
  • Products that are published as "available for immediate shipping" will be delivered the fastest — we aim for a delivery window of 1–2 weeks.
  • Processing and shipping for some products and quantities will take up to three weeks to fulfil, as they will be handmade shortly after the order is received and confirmed.
  • It is not possible for KUFUF®to provide a specific delivery date at the point when the customer makes an order, but a notification will be sent to their contact numbers or emails as their order progresses through the fulfilments pipeline.
  • KUFUF®reserves the right to alter the production and shipping timeline as needed and will inform the customer of any changes in a timely manner.

MADE-TO-MEASURE (Custom Orders)

  • KUFUF®offers a made-to-measure service to fulfil customers' needs individually, based on size measurements, colour requests and the number of items in the order. Our pieces will be made to the exact dimensions and colours specified by the customer at the time of making the order.
  • All made-to-measure orders customise only pre-existing, KUFUF® patterns. Requests to customise external designs will be rejected.
  • The customer will be responsible for providing accurate measurements for their made-to-measure kilim. KUFUF® will not be liable for any errors in the finished product due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • The customer will be responsible for providing precise colour requests for their made-to-measure orders; KUFUF®will aim to match colour requests as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee exact matches, owing to the natural dying and handmade craftsmanship processes involved.
  • Made-to-measure kilim orders may take up to 4–6 weeks to be produced and shipped, depending on the design's complexity and the artisan team's workload.KUFUF® will provide the customer with an estimated production and shipping timeline at the time of order.
  • KUFUF® reserves the right to cancel any made-to-measure kilim order at any time, for any reason. If an order is cancelled by the company, the customer will be refunded in full.

COURIER & CUSTOMS

  • All orders will be shipped via a reputable courier service, and the customer will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
  • The company will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the courier service, or for any lost or damaged packages.
  • The customer will be responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be incurred on their order.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them.

  • Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers pay for shipping costs when returning. See Refund Policy

  • These shipping terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the shipping terms and conditions before placing an order.
