How Our Gift Cards Work
For Gift Card Buyers:

1. Purchase
   • Choose your gift card amount and complete your purchase on our website
2. Delivery
   • The gift card will be sent via email to you or directly to your recipient (you can choose)
3. Digital Code
   • The email contains a unique gift card code and instructions for use
4. Share
   • Forward the email to your recipient or print it as a gift

For Gift Card Recipients:

1. Receive
   • You'll get an email with your gift card code and current balance
2. Shop
   • Browse our beautiful kilim collection at www.kufuf-kilim.com and add items to your cart
3. Redeem at Checkout
   • When you're ready to pay:
     • Go to checkout
     • Look for the "Gift card or discount code" field
     • Enter your unique gift card code
     • Click "Apply"
4. Complete Purchase
   • The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total
5. Check Balance
   • If your order is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases
6. Pay Difference
   • If your order is more than the gift card value, you can pay the difference with another payment method

Important Details:

• Gift cards can be used for any product in our store
• No expiration date (unless specified)
• Can be used multiple times until the balance runs out
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Keep your gift card code safe - treat it like cash
